This 275-years jubilee exhibition highlights glass, factories as well as the people behind it.

Since 1742, handmade glass production is an uninterrupted tradition in Kosta - even today the glass ovens are still glowing. In this exhibition, visitors can follow the long way from first draft to final glass manufacture and see the variety of products from shot glasses to unique sculptures. Without farsighted entrepreneurs, creative artists and handy glassworkers, the factory would not exist today. Thanks to all of them, the glass from Kosta has become an important part of Sweden's cultural heritage.
